Core Competency Services
Project Management
Panacea has experienced Project Managers that have a proven track record of assuring project efficiency, timelines, and resource utilization. The Project Manager serves as primary interface with the client, and strives to establish a prolific and collaborative relationship with the client’s project team. The Project Manager has responsibility for maintaining compliance with sponsor and project requirements, assuring project team training and performance, tracking of budget, and reporting of study progress.
Monitoring
Panacea maintains a North American network of experienced Monitors. The Monitors conduct site selection, site initiation, periodic site monitoring, and site close out according to designated Standard Operating Procedures and client approved guidelines. The Project Manager determines the most practical resource utilization of monitors striving to assign Monitors to sites with geographic considerations.
Auditing
Panacea provides routine and “for cause” quality assurance audits utilizing a network of experienced Auditors. The Auditors develop comprehensive audit plans, conduct audits in strict accordance with the audit plan, and provide timely, detailed reports of audit findings. The Auditors, in conjunction with the Project Manager and Monitor, will assure follow up and resolution of audit findings. In addition, clients can utilize Panacea auditors for in-house review and inspection of study documentation.
Alliance Services
Panacea has established collaborative alliances with companies that offer expertise to complement Panacea’s Core Competency Services. This model bolsters Panacea’s ability to provide a broader breadth of consulting services to its customers. Alliance Services currently offered include the following:
